All owners & tenants are encouraged to join the device app NEXTDOOR.  This app provides tremendous access and connection to what's going on in the community and will alert you if there's news or an emergency in the community. 

Install the NEXTDOOR app on your mobile or tablet.
2018 Spring Inspection of the community and it's residences will occur during April/May.  A mailing will go out to the community with details.

The purpose of the annual inspection is to help owners identify things that require repairs and maintenance in order that the community as a whole remains a pleasant and attractive place to live.  It also helps to protect all of our property values, which together amounts to a total aggregate in excess of $35 million.

Owners & Residents interested in speaking before the Board are requested to contact Property Manager Rod Renner 410.221.0398 to coordiante.  Owners & Residents and invited to speak to the Board during an Open Session
at the start of each monthly board meeting.  Meetings are held at the Talbot County Chanber of Commerce office - 101 Marlboro Avenue #53, Easton, MD 21601
