ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
To preserve, enhance, and assure uniformity in the architectural aesthetics of the community by consistently applying the Covenants and Design Standards. The Architectural Review Committee develops and implements guidelines, reviews architectural submittals, and maintains records of architectural recommendations to the Board of Directors.

FINANCE COMMITTEE
To ensure the Association's financial transactions are handled in a timely and accurate manner consistent with generally accepted accounting principles. The Finance Committee develops and monitors the operating budget, maintains a schedule for reserve funding, and assists in the annual audit review process.

GROUNDS COMMITTEE
To maintain and improve, when needed, the grass, trees, plants, flowers, and grounds located in the common properties (open space, pond, streets, entrances). The Landscape Committee develops the maintenance contract, oversees the seasonal maintenance activities.

ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
To promote activities that tend to enhance the quality of life in the community by improving communications, providing recreation and providing opportunities for improving both the immediate and outside community. The Committee will sponsor the community newsletter, website, community directory, welcoming committee (including orientation and introduction of HOA documents and regulations to all new owners and renters), and functions that contribute to the esprit of the community.

SECURITY COMMITTEE
To establish procedures protecting the common property and develop a program that provides a visible presence in the community to reduce vandalism. The Committee recommends security measures and services to the Board of Directors when needed. Security Committee is an advisory and informational Committee for the residents of the community), which includes the Neighborhood Watch Program. The Committee is liaison with the Property Manager and local Public Safety officials to assist in common area, residence and transportation safety issues. The Committee also has oversight and monitors issues related to investment owners and their tenants.

NOMINATION COMMITTEE
To solicit and present a slate of candidates to the membership for the election of the Board of Directors. In coordination with the property manager, the Committee schedules the date, time, and location of the annual meeting as well as all preparation leading up to and during the meeting and election.
